1.1 The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you for products purchased from our web site. 2.Registration
2.1 While registering on this web site, you must insure of that your datas are corrects. By submitting your registration you are allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).
2.2 Please inform Solidexpress of every change in your postal adress by updating your personal datas in the best delays.
3.Password
3.1 While registering you must choose a password. This password is strictly confidential
and must not given to third parts.
3.2 You are totally responsible for the use of your password and every order made using this password.
3.3 If you know or suspect that a third part knows or uses your password, please inform Solidexpress as soon as possible.
4.Orders
4.1 By ordering on the present web site, you engage yourself to buy the product by you selected
according to these Selling terms and conditions.
5.Order confirmation
5.1 Orders made on this web are not a contract until confirmation has been made by an e-mail from Solidexpress.
5.2 Solidexpress has the right to reject an order, mainly in case of unpaid bills.
5.3 Datas registered by Solidexpress are an indeniable proof that the order or transaction has been made.
6.Prices
6.1 The payment amounts for the orders you made are those stated on this web site when these orders were given, including delivery but exclusive of VAT.
6.2 Solidexpress has the right to modify its prices and delivery fee and to reject a
contract that presents incorrect amounts.
7.Delivery
7.1 Orders will be delivered
to the postal adress of your choice.
7.2 SolideXpress will do its best to make sure that the items purchased are delivered in 8 working days. SolideXpress shall not be liable for any delays.
8.Damaged or defective goods
8.1 You must inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage.
8.2 If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 7 days and return
to us at your cost.
If the goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
9.Payment
9.1 Bills and goods are sent the same day. Payment is due 30 days after the date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4%.
10.Responsibility limitation
10.1 Solidexpress will not be held responsible
for late delivery or no delivery caused by strikes, war and natural disaster.
